Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton, an English actor, is famous for films like Quantum of Solace, The Disappearance of Alice Creed, and ?Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. She was born in Gravesend located in Greater London. Her career began after having studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art when she made her film debut as a support role in the comedic film 'St. Trinian's'. The film followed shortly thereafter in "Quantum of Solace" in the James Bond spy thriller. The film was commercially successful, but had mostly positive reviews. In the main role of the action-fantasy movie 'Prince of Persia The Sands of Time" was her following. She also played a role as a support on the French film "Orphan". Arterton is nominated to win many awards during her acting career to date, including, she received the 'Empire Award' for the Best Newcomer in 'Quantum of Solace', and also the "Evening Standard Theatre Award' in recognition of her part in the musical 'Made in Dagenham'.
