Harry Styles

Harry Edward Styles (born 1 February 1994) is a popular English singer and songwriter. In 2010, Styles began his journey in music as a stand-alone contestant of The X Factor in the UK. He was then invited back to One Direction after his defeat. The group became one the top-selling boy bands of all time , before ending their hiatus in 2016. Styles was released their self-titled album through Columbia Records, in 2017. The album was released at the number one spot in both the UK and US as well as being among the world's top-ten best-selling albums of the year, while its first single, "Sign of the Times" was a top hit on at the top of the UK Singles Chart. Styles' sophomore album, Fine Line (1999), was a best-selling album in America. This album had one of the biggest first week total sales for an English male artist. It was released in 2020 and made it into the Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Watermelon Sugar, Styles' fourth single, debuted at the top of the US Billboard Hot 100. Styles's third album Harry's House (2022), was a smash hit as well as winning the Grammy Award for Album of the Year 2023. The first single from the album, "As It Is", was the Billboard number-one song of the year. Styles was awarded numerous accolades such as six Brit Awards, three Grammy Awards, an Ivor Novello Award in addition to three American Music Awards.
